There are 24 spots available each week, once you have received confirmation of your child's spot you will have 10 business days to pay registration fee online or in person. You will receive payment instructions with your confirmation email. Once all spots are filled, you may add your name to the waitlist using form below.
Summer Kids Camp at the Multiplex for kids ages 6-10 years.
Time of Program: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm ($150 per 5 day week) *$125 per 4 day week Aug. 5-8, 2025
Early Drop Option #1: 8:00am-8:30am ($10 per day)
Early Drop Option #2: 7:30am-8:30am ($20 per day)
Late Pick Up: 4:30-5:00pm ($10 per day)
Location of Program: Penhold Multiplex in the Penhold Youth Club Room, Penhold Community and weekly field trips

2025 Registration Information
This year we are using Uplifter for Summer Kids Camp registration. This site offers simple safe and secure booking for families and the convenience of payment through the Town of Penhold office or using OptionPay after registration is complete.
To set-up your account in advance of registration opening
Navigate to the Uplifter site by clicking here and follow these following steps:
- Click on Login
- First Time Registering (this is creating the member account aka the parent account)
- Follow the steps for registering.
- Under your name on the top right hand corner will be a drop down box option. Click on My Account
- Go to Participants
- + New Participant
- Fill in information about your child.
If you have more than one child you wish to register for camps please repeat steps 6 and 7.
To register your child / children once registration opens May 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. follow these steps:
- Sign into your account
- Click on the register button
- Following instructions and fill in information
- You will receive an invoice for your summer camp registration. If you require Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up options, a separate invoice reflecting these charges will be issued. All payments must be made directly at the Town Office or through the Town’s OptionPay platform, which is available on the Town of Penhold website. Payments are due 10 business days after receiving the invoices.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- For withdrawals received 4 weeks or more prior to start of program will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee.
- For withdrawals received 2-3 weeks prior to start of program will receive 50% of refund in fees.
- For withdrawals received 1 week prior to the start of program will receive no refund.
- Any refund for injuries or illness acquired after the start date of the program will need to be approved by the Youth Coordinator.
Refunds will be processed in the form of a cheque if cash or cheque was used for original payment. Processing of refund cheques will require a minimum of 14 days.
