The Strategic Planning document outlines the Strategic Process, Strategic Topics, Strategic Possibilities (AKA Action Plan), Strategic Priorities, and Recommendations determined by Council and Town Administration.

2025 ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

* Construction of a new Operations Building

* 2025 Municipal Elections  

* Purchase additional fire pits for RV Park – all stalls now have fire pits

* Extended RV Park operating season

* Business Retention & Expansion Workforce Development: BREWD Launch

* Key Long Term Planning documents updated IDP; MDP; LUB; Master Highway Intersections Plan

* New Penhold Waskasoo Middle School opening

* Community Hub Project finishing touches 

Dock will be placed in the spring

* 18 Hole Disc Golf course throughout community signage is to be installed

* New Solid Waste Removal Contract Transition/ Circular Material Recycling Program

* Replace Newton Drive paving stones with concrete sidewalks

* New breathing equipment for fire services SCBA

* Replacement of Lucina Street across 2A Sewer line 

* Tree Canopy enhancement (GCCC Tree Grant)

* New cloud-based Share-Point system has been implemented
