Town of Penhold

Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) is a unique partnership between the province and municipalities or Metis settlements. Penhold is a municipal partner in the Red Deer & District FCSS Board. Under the direction and guidance of the Family and Community Support Services Act and Regulation. Communities design and deliver preventative social initiatives, programs and services that are shown to enhance the social well-being of individuals, families and/or the community.
