Outline Plans
Outline Plans are non-statutory documents and provide details about the community’s design. Outline Plans identify the types of land uses, location of park spaces and how the subdivision will be serviced.

Outline Plan Amendment Process
Changes to an adopted Outline Plan require the approval of Council. An application may be submitted for changes to either the text or maps within the Outline Plan.
The application is circulated internally for departmental comments and externally for comments from affected stakeholders and referral agencies. Depending on the nature of the request, a public meeting may be required. A report including comments received is presented to Council for their final decision.
