Please be advised that changes are being made to payment requirements for advertising in the Penhold Reporter. Effective January 2012, payment will be required prior to, or on the submissions deadline, rather than the previous quarterly invoicing. Payment methods remain the same; cheque, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Debit. Failure to pay for ad submissions in advance will result in the ad not being published in the Reporter.

Article, including graphics, shall fit to one-quarter of an 8.5 x 11” sheet of paper, or smaller.
Please use 3.875" x 5.125" as a maximum size.
Half Column: Business - $30.00
Non-Profit - $15.00
Article, including graphics, shall fit to half of an 8.5 x 11” sheet of paper, on either the left or right hand side of the page, or smaller.
Please use 3.875" x 10.5" as a maximum size.
Half Page: Business - $50.00
Non-Profit - $25.00
Article, including graphics, shall fit to ½ of an 8.5 x 11” sheet of paper, on either the top or bottom half of the page, or smaller.
Please use 8" x 5.125" as a maximum size.
Full Page: Business - $90.00
Non-Profit - $45.00
Article, including graphics, shall fit on one side of an 8.5 x 11” sheet of paper, or smaller.
Please use 8" x 10.5" as a maximum size.
Please send documents completed and sized to your specific ad. Ads will only be received as PDF's, Word documents, and Publisher documents.
