Neighbourhood Place is a “Community Building Initiative” (CBI) that aims to enrich and support the community in various ways. We promote the development of social strategies and capacity building through discussion and collaboration.
Penhold Neighbourhood Place works to bring the community together to share ideas, discuss issues and implement solutions. It is also our priority to share information about services, support, and opportunities in the community, region and province. If you need information or assistance for children & family services, we can refer you to the appropriate resources. Also, if there is a particular need in the community, we aim to raise awareness and promote solutions for this need.
Penhold Neighbourhood Place largely focuses on the welfare of at-risk children, youth and families and ensures that they are identified and have access to supports and services that they require.
