Compliance Certificates
A fee of $50 must be paid prior to issuance of any compliance certificates.
A request for a certificate of compliance must be accompanied with a Real Property Report (RPR). If the RPR is older than two years from the certificate date, a statutory declaration is required.
A compliance certificate is a document signed by the Town certifying that a development (e.g., house, garage, shed, fence, etc.) complies with Land Use Bylaw.
